Welcome to SGW Enterprises/ Steve's Amsoil Store's new look. I wanted to give the place a sprucing up before the winter- besides, it's now much better than the dreaded 10 choices you get from Blogger. A good friend of mine, Brian, from EazyCheezy has the best blog going to help you with all of your blogging needs. Thanks Brian! Keep up the great work!
It's getting to be the fall here in New England. It's time to start putting away those lawnmowers and breaking out those snow blowers. Yeah, I said it. It is inevitable- old Mother Nature never has anything good in store for us New Englanders this time of year. In your quest to finish up the fall 'to do' list, may I make some recommendations to you.
1. Do not leave gas in your lawnmower during the winter. Gas is too expensive (besides it could get used in your snow blower) and it goes bad causing issues in the spring when you need it most. If you are going to keep the gas in it, use fuel stabilizer before you 'put it to rest' for the winter. AMSOIL sells gasoline stabilizer just for this purpose.
2. Change the oil in your lawnmower. Your lawnmower is like your car- it needs to be taken care of too. AMSOIL sells Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Small Engine Oil which is the perfect replacement for the conventional oil (that probably hasn't been changed).
3. Change your spark plug on your lawnmower. AMSOIL sells NGK Spark Plugs which can be found on my website.
4. Fire up the snow blower. Give it an oil change with Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Small Engine Oil and replace the spark plug with an NGK Spark Plug as well. This will ensure when we get hit hard with snow, you'll be ready for however much we get dumped on us.
5. Fire up your winter power sports toys. Ski mobiles are not a cheap investment- they will perform much better and last years longer with AMSOIL products in them.
6. As you put your spring/summer power sports toys away- motorcycles, ATV's, dirt bikes- change their oil, spark plugs, and put fuel stabilizer in the gas tank. AMSOIL will keep you protected throughout the winter and into your new riding season.
AMSOIL sells nothing but premium lubricants for some of our biggest investments. The pleasure we get from our 'investments' should last for years over- providing we take care of them with regular maintenance. Unlike conventional petroleum lubricants, AMSOIL synthetic oils will only need to be changed once a year- saving you time and money. Both of which we need to be doing a lot of as we enter the holiday season.
